We want you to be happy with Cristioa. The one-time $29 Founder Blueprint comes with a 7-day, no-questions refund. For Pro subscriptions, you can cancel anytime, and we offer refunds for accidental charges, duplicate payments, and technical failures. Below is exactly how it works.

The $29 Founder Blueprint (one-time)

The Founder Blueprint is a one-time $29 purchase delivered by email. If it's not useful to you, email us within 7 days of purchase for a full refund, no questions asked. Just reply to your Blueprint email, or use the contact address below.

The 7-day $1 trial

When you start Pro you pay a one-time $1.00 and get full access for 7 days. If you cancel before the 7 days are up, you are not charged the monthly or annual subscription price. The $1 trial fee is non-refundable because access to the full service is granted immediately.

To avoid being charged the subscription price, cancel before the trial ends from your Stripe customer portal (link on the Pricingpage once you're signed in).

Monthly and annual subscriptions

  • Cancel anytime, your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. No further charges are made.
  • No partial-period refunds, we do not refund the unused portion of a monthly or annual subscription that was renewed on schedule. You keep access until the period ends.
  • Annual plan, first 14 days, if you purchased the annual plan ($89/year) and have not used Pro features beyond initial browsing, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the charge. Contact us at the email below.

When we always refund

  • Duplicate or accidental charges, if Stripe charged your card twice for the same period, or you were billed after a confirmed cancellation, we refund in full.
  • Unauthorised charges, if your card was used without your permission, contact us immediately and we will refund and disable the affected account.
  • Service failure, if Pro features were unavailable to you for more than 48 consecutive hours due to a fault on our side, you may request a pro-rated refund for that billing period.

EU / UK consumer rights

If you are a consumer in the EU, EEA, or UK, you have a statutory right to withdraw from a contract for digital services within 14 days of purchase. However, by starting the $1 trial and accessing Pro content, you expressly consent to immediate performance of the service and acknowledge that this withdrawal right is lost once the service has begun.

If you have not yet used any Pro feature, you can still request a full refund within 14 days under your statutory right of withdrawal.

How to request a refund

Email gasingasin2@gmail.com from the address associated with your account. Include:

  • The reason for the refund request.
  • The approximate date of the charge.
  • The last 4 digits of the card charged, if you know them (not required).

We respond to all refund requests within 5 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Stripe and typically appear on your card within 5–10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is incorrect, please email us first so we can resolve it directly. Filing a chargeback with your bank without contacting us may result in your account being suspended while the dispute is investigated.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The version in force at the time of your purchase governs that purchase. Material changes are reflected in the “Last updated” date above.

Governing law

This refund policy is governed by Norwegian law and, where applicable, EU consumer protection law as implemented in Norway through the EEA Agreement.
